The Awin Group’s new President Adam Weiss answers your burning questions about the future of ShareASale.

“I heard ShareASale is going away this summer.”

I’m aware there is industry and competitor chatter
incorrectly stating that Awin is getting rid of ShareASale this summer. I can
tell you with 100{d0d8c9a3780aae347a3c0ec9b539f6350131b27bfcedb699d8911923448b0bae} certainty that Awin is not sunsetting ShareASale this
summer.

“What is your plan for ShareASale
long term?”

A single network solution
has always been the objective since Awin acquired ShareASale in 2017. This will
continue to be an internal focus so we can ensure the Awin platform fully
supports the affiliate marketing needs of every customer. 

“What does this mean for me as a ShareASale client?”

Right now, nothing. In 2025 when it is time to upgrade, we
will be providing you with a seamless experience, simplifying the process to
just a few clicks. This allows you to concentrate on what matters – driving
more sales and revenue for your business in the affiliate channel.

Rest assured, we are committed to delivering everything
you’ve requested from ShareASale on the Awin platform, and more. This includes
a user-friendly interface, enhanced reporting, superior affiliate quality, more
advertiser partnerships, improved tracking, and global expansion opportunities.

I am a ShareASale merchant….

You will not need to install additional tracking or worry
about moving your publishers over, we will handle that for you. There are
additional tracking elements on Awin like in-app tracking and first-party
cookie tracking available to you, but this is not required for the transition.

The best I can tell you is it will be sometime in 2025. But
I can guarantee that when there is a definitive timeline to share, you will
hear it from us first. I cannot stress enough that we will communicate
proactively to you, and we will be mindful of timing. And once we have a single
network solution and definitive timeline for your upgrade, we still will not
immediately sunset ShareASale as these transitions take time. 

“What features exist on Awin that would be a reason to upgrade?”

This year alone we’ve launched 19 new feature releases on
the Awin platform, all centered around helping you reach further and grow
faster.

So whether you’re wanting to:

    and recruit new partners, with updates like goal-based AI publishers
